An Update From Sharon - September 2024

Hello friends,

About a week ago, I was invited to reflect on my summer, both personally and professionally, and it's a good starting point to kick off this month's update.

The Personal and the Professional

Personally, I had a staycation, as I've mentioned before. I also caught up with old friends, and hung out with my family. My daughter and I completed our Marvel-a-thon, and I've now watched all the films except for the one that's just been released (and could have saved myself a bunch of time by realising which ones would become irrelevant after Days of Future Past - IYKYK, lol).

I also got the chance to have many enriching conversations both with fellow FLOWLab members and many others (shout-out to the CFA peeps!) During the past month, I also had a great time talking to Adele Kelly - if you want to know about anti-racism and flow state, check out the replay.

Professionally, as you know, it's been a season of change which has created the space to think about and create new things. As part of that, I invested in myself, and that investment is reaping dividends. I relaunched my Borrow Sharon's Brain thought partnership service and had some great calls with people. I created and ran the Newsletter Jumpstart and Launchpad.
